Helping agents with day to day administration, preparing PowerPoints, Memorandums of Sale, sales brochures, basic data analysis, dealing with client queries, booking viewings and acting as a point of contact for both vendors and prospective buyers. I work to support agents throughout their transactions to ensure as smooth a process as possible, through the whole lifecycle of a deal (inspection, instruction, marketing, deal management, post-completion). Have worked across multiple sectors (care, hotels, retail, pubs & restaurants) before sectorising and joining the care brokerage South team in July 2025 as the team secretary. The Care South team covers the entire South of England, including Devon and Cornwall, as well as South Wales.As well as transactional administration, I look at Christie & Co\'s profile and supporting activities around raising this. This includes helping distribute marketing campaigns, designing emails and flyers for completion promotion, and helping colleagues promote activities on LinkedIn. I also organise client and colleague events, from private dining to region-wide events for 100+ clients, co ordinating invite lists, working with venues, greeting on the day itself etc, to ensure a great experience for all.As an additional part of the job, I am part of the Future Group, Christie & Co\'s DEI / CSR team, looking at how we can improve the colleague experience across sectors. Working as part of a multi disciplinary team to gather feedback, present new ideas, and communicate implementations.
