Currently a Recruiting Coordinator at Anthropic, where I support the Data & TPM teams in building world-class talent pipelines at one of the most exciting companies in AI. Before Anthropic, I honed my skills across a range of fast-moving organizations, often as the sole recruiting coordinator. At WEX, I single-handedly supported the entire tech org. At Orkes, I was the only coordinator in the company. At Hiya Inc. I wore two hats as the sole US coordinator: managing coordination efforts for full-time roles from first interview all the way through onboarding (including leading onboarding sessions on day one), and coordinating the full end-to-end summer internship program from campus engagement and interview scheduling to mentorship throughout the program. My time at Blue Origin is where I first discovered my passion for recruiting coordination and recognized how high-quality candidate experiences truly make a difference in hiring top tier candidates. During the pandemic, I traded spreadsheets & ATS for shovels & an outdoor “office” and joined the Washington Conservation Corps. Reconnecting with my community through conservation work during a time of uncertainty gave me much-needed clarity on my career path. My incredible crew planted over native plants during our term!I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Management and Leadership from Portland State University and a certificate in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition from Cornell University.‍
