I graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Journalism. While working toward my degree, I worked for University Housing in various roles for 3 years. For two and a half years, I was a hiring and sales manager for kate spade new york where my primary focus was on the training and development of current and future employees. I was responsible for the outreach, networking, and onboarding of future employees. Currently, I am a Corporate Recruitment Manager for Adecco where I assist a Fortune 500 client with sourcing and identifying quality talent.Each of my experiences had some exposure to aspects of human resources, and I\'ve discovered this is where my passion lies: working with people.
