As a Senior HRBP Director for Affordable Housing at HumanGood, I provide HRBP leadership for one of HumanGood’s two business lines, aligning HR programs with overarching strategic goals to drive impactful results. I provide HR leadership for the executive Affordable Housing team and their organizations across over 100 communities nationwide, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency.Leading the HR team for the Affordable Housing business unit across the US, I play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining top talent. In close partnership with our talented Centers of Excellence, I am responsible for the execution of all Talent LifeCycle activities, including staffing, onboarding, performance management, compensation, HRIS/payroll, benefits, training, and development. I champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, integrating these principles into all HR practices to support our mission of creating inclusive and thriving communities.Additionally, I lead HRBP aspects of affiliations, facilitating seamless integration into HumanGood systems and processes. My approach fosters a culture of excellence and collaboration, enhances operational efficiencies, and drives sustainable growth.HumanGood is California’s largest nonprofit provider of senior housing and the sixth largest nonprofit senior living organization in the nation. We serve more than residents in 122 Life Plan and Affordable Housing communities. Developed in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, our Affordable Housing communities provide economical alternatives for very-low-income seniors under HUD’s Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly program. The HumanGood Foundation manages several funds whose purpose is to enhance the lives of our residents.
