I am continuing my education at Fairfield by pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026.I currently work as a Workforce Coordinator at St. Vincent’s Medical Center, part of the Hartford HealthCare system. In this role, I support workforce operations by coordinating onboarding processes and local orientation for new colleagues entering the organization. Through this work, I am able to work directly at the intersection of organizational operations and healthcare delivery, contributing to the systems that enable clinical teams to function effectively.Alongside this role, I continue to serve as a Resident Assistant at Fairfield University, where I mentor and support students in their college experience while helping build a strong residential community. My work as a neurofeedback technician at The Neurovation Center also allows me to combine my strong interest in neuroscience with my commitment to creating positive change in mental health.Across these experiences, I have developed a strong interest in improving organizational efficiency within healthcare environments. My experience in clinical, residential, and research settings has reinforced my motivation to support both individual well-being and high-functioning teams. I am eager to apply principles of I/O Psychology to areas such as workforce development and organizational effectiveness within healthcare systems.
