This includes managing budgets, resource plans, change management, and all aspects of vendor relationships, including—but not limited to—contracts, invoicing, and statements of work.• Test, configure, implement, troubleshoot, support, and document (e.g, run books and process maps) third-party Vendor applications (including on-premise, cloud, SAS, and Market Data Applications).• Facilitate requirements meetings with Senior Bank personnel, participate in technical review meetings with members of the IT Department, and present weekly project status to Senior Executives.Service Owner Responsibilities• Manage IT Risk assessments, vendor risk assessments, validation risk assessments, internal technical audits, and other support functions.• Assist as second-line technical support when user incidents are reported.• Identify business process improvements, recommend automation in place of manual processes, and communicate technical solutions to business people and business needs to technical teams.
