ABOUT GABRIELLA T.
I graduated with a bachelor\'s in Business administration with a concentration in Marketing from California State University Long Beach in May of 2020. The last few weeks of my undergrad had shifted to online course work due to the COVID-19 pandemic, because of this I had to become agile when it came to online learning. Now as a graduate student still stuck in online classes here are some things I have learned: 1. Write down everything- you never know what you will forget, even if you don\'t think you will forget it you probably will so write it down. Step away from the computer- it\'s easy to get stuck staring at a screen for hours on end, but don\'t. Walk outside, listen to music, get air and exercise your knees will thank you later (so Will your back). Make friends- while making friends virtually is hard it is not impossible and those virtual happy hours with the people you have never met in person but have worked with online will help keep you sane! Don\'t overdo it- same as #2 it\'s easy to stay at your computer all day, and just because you are Study from home/ WFH doesn\'t mean you don\'t deserve a.break. Burnout is a real thing, take care of your mental health.\"It\'s kinda fun to do the impossible\"-Walt Disney
