See Change Institute is a behavioral science research institute that provides research and consulting services centered around social, energy, and health justice topics. After completing my internship with the company during my last semester of grad school, I joined the team full-time as their sole Research Manager and Chief of Staff in order to support their organizational development and project management needs.PEOPLE: I collaborate with SCI\'s executive team to maintain and improve company policies and procedures, including staff meetings, project management, and internal and external communications. This involves building out the company\'s organizational structure, identifying and addressing team needs, and participating in hiring and onboarding of new team members. I also provide mentorship and support to junior staff.PROJECTS: I work in a project management capacity for several large research projects within the company. This involves leading and owning the successful delivery of projects, including client relations,budgeting, day-to-day management, and meeting milestones. To do so, I plan project assignments, create schedules, and manage workloads; schedule and hold critical internal and client-facing project meetings; monitor work progress and budget and manage issues as they arise; successfully close-out projects, including evaluating performance and debriefing the team; and prepare and edit project deliverables, including presentations and reports.PROFIT: Finally, I am responsible for supporting the generation of revenue through grant writingand contributing to the development of scopes of work for consulting contracts. Specific responsibilities within this category include fostering and growing client relationships to secure continued and new work opportunities; leading contributing to proposal development, including writing and budgeting; and contribute to brand-building activities, including newsletters, blogs, and social media.

ABOUT GABRIELLA GABBY LAMM
I am the Chief of Staff and Research Manager at See Change Institute (SCI), a behavioral science research and evaluation consultancy focused on providing data-driven support and advising to nonprofits, NGOs, government agencies, and other organizations working to advance environmental, health, and/or social justice. I work closely with the executive team at SCI, where my responsibilities include project management, company operations, and cross-functional leadership.I hold an M.S. in Applied Psychology from USC, where I focused in cross-cultural organizational psychology. My capstone treatise examined patterns of change resistance to a new DEI initiative at a local California county government, where I consulted on the design and implementation of the program as they navigated organizational pushback. I am committed to challenging systems of supremacy and injustice in all spaces I inhabit. I am particularly passionate about fighting for intersectional interventions for weight-based discrimination, and about combatting anti-fat bias in the workplace, in healthcare, and in public spaces.
