About Gabriella Fracchia
Gabriella was destined to sell San Francisco real estate. A City native, she grew up on in one of the famous “painted ladies” and, because both her parents worked in real estate, dinner table conversation often revolved around the latest real estate trends. Gabriella’s lifelong interest in local real estate only grew stronger when she purchased a two unit building in the Inner Sunset which she is presently in the process of converting into condominiums.Today, Gabriella offers her clients unmatched enthusiasm and integrity, a tireless work ethic, and a local’s knowledge of San Francisco in all its quirky beauty. Her top-notch communication and negotiation skills were developed in her earlier sales career working for a fast-paced Italian wine importer and, later, a successful functional food start-up.A proud alum of Pacific Primary, the San Francisco Day School, and the Urban School, Gabriella received her BA from Sarah Lawrence College and her MA from Middlebury College where she studied Italian in Florence, Italy.
