My knowledge as an Immigration Paralegal includes but is not limited to managing and working with heavy case load which ranges from Family/Marriage Based Petitions such as I-130 and I-485, to Waivers, I-601 and I-601A as well as Naturalization, DACA, U-Visas, VAWA, Asylum and Cancellation of Removal. I am also well familiar with any work that is done abroad thorough the National Visa Center / Consular Processing. As a native Portuguese speaker I am able to provide legal interpreting services to better help clients and attorneys whether that is during our time together at the office or at their interview/hearing.
