ABOUT GABRIEL FLETCHER

I am a recent Master’s graduate in Management from the University of Liverpool with a strong focus on business analytics, data visualisation and insight generation. Skilled in Tableau and Excel, I specialise in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support smarter decision-making and improved performance.My academic background has equipped me with expertise in data analysis, forecasting, research design and reporting, including postgraduate research applying secondary data analysis to oncology. I have also developed strong communication and project management skills through leading team projects and presenting findings to a variety of stakeholders.Alongside my studies, I have gained commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement experience in customer-facing roles at AllSaints and Loungers, where I consistently exceeded targets and contributed to business growth. As Vice President of the University Oncology Society, I organised a major student-led conference, strengthening my leadership, event planning and stakeholder management abilities.I am motivated to pursue opportunities in business analytics, commercial insight and data-driven strategy, where I can apply my technical skills, research expertise and communication strengths to help organisations turn information into measurable impact.Outside of work, I enjoy playing handball, learning Spanish (B2 level) and exploring new cultures through travel, which reflects my adaptability, curiosity and global outlook.
