I combine deep regulatory and financial expertise with proven leadership in M&A, project & structured finance, industrial partnerships and strategic value have led financial and strategic initiatives across infrastructure, energy and utilities, applying deep expertise in financial and regulatory modeling alongside leadership in complex corporate operations, M&A, financing, and industrial partnerships.My experience includes transactions involving infrastructure funds, investment banks, financial institutions and public authorities, overseeing analyses, valuations, deal structuring, coordination of due diligence processes and preparation of materials for investment committees and boards of directors.In the infrastructure and concession sectors, I possess advanced knowledge of regulatory financial mechanisms, including long-term business plans (PEF and PFR), tariff dynamics, regulated WACC, multi-year investment planning, risk analysis and economic frameworks for engagement with granting authorities and stakeholders.While I have extensive hands-on experience in financial modeling, my current focus is on directing analyses and strategy, critically interpreting results, and overseeing deal governance. I guide the financial and strategic structure of transactions to ensure industrial coherence, economic robustness, and high-quality decision-making.
