ABOUT GABRIELE GRECO

I act as a bridge between strategic vision and product execution. At blendX – the all-in-one Innovation Management Platform, I lead initiatives aimed at improving product experience and operational efficiency through thoughtful design, data-informed decisions, and scalable product choices. My role spans the end-to-end product experience — from defining and prioritising UX enhancements in the roadmap to driving scalable product decisions that align with both user needs and business goals. I lead the redesign of the platform’s architecture and interface with a focus on coherence, usability, and performance. A key area of focus is the integration of AI features, where I define the development strategy, ensure alignment with user experience principles, and guide cross-functional teams through research, design, and validation phases. Internationally minded, I bring an international perspective in my work, shaped by studying and working in diverse cultural contexts, including an enriching experience in the UK through the Erasmus+ programme.
