I hold people accountable and work with them to ensure that my staff are doing the right things.Setting a Personal Example: I strive to provide a positive personal example through words and behavior. I always display personal integrity, support the professionals at all levels in the firm; take responsibility for my actions and hold others accountable. Upon graduation, after a short spell at Allen & Overy in Milan, I was offered a position at the Corporate Department of the Royal Bank of Scotland in London, where I worked until 2004. In 2005, I founded Giambrone & Law, which quickly became recognized as one of the leading Italian law firms in London.
