As a Project Manager in Digital Grid I\'m acting as focal point for supporting the development of Process & Tools that meet business needs across the organization. In this role I\'m involved in devising of Digital initiatives to improve Operations effectiveness for Regions and CoEs (HQ). Acting as Product Owner/SME in Smart QMI Program (Operations & Financials Forecasting) and in Digital S & OP Program (Forecasting of future Customer demand): my mission it’s to plan, organize and deliver Consumer experiences and initiatives with a diverse team of technical, business and operations partners to achieve impactful and sustainable results. I’m ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within the project budget and to the scope established and agreed upon with key stakeholders and I’m also ensuring that my projects deliver the intended value to our consumers and business stakeholders.
