I began my career at Allianz in the insurance industry, where I worked as HRBP support before transitioning to a full-cycle recruiter role within the People Attraction and Talent Management team. In October 2021, I joined Amazon as a Campus Recruiter for the Operations and SEU team, focusing on the Italian market and recruiting for on-field roles, including newly graduates and internships. In February 2022, I transitioned to the Corp-Ops team, where I recruited for Business Intelligence positions while also supporting the Pathways Program by recruiting MBA candidates for Amazon\'s Leadership Program.In April 2023, I moved to Capgemini Invent as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, contributing to recruitment and employer branding efforts for Frog Italy and the Frog Center of Excellence (COE).
