I’m an engineering manager with over 15 years of experience in complex energy projects, currently leading the Engineering Information, Data & Tools department at Eniprogetti (Eni Group). My focus is on driving digital transformation by integrating data strategy, software governance, and automation into engineering workflows.I believe in building bridges between disciplines through data: transforming fragmented information into strategic insights that support design, execution, and decision-making across project lifecycles. From document management to machine learning applications, I bring a pragmatic and analytical mindset to complex problems.My leadership style is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and clarity. I enjoy sharing knowledge, fostering digital maturity within teams, and pushing for sustainable innovation that creates long-term value — both for people and systems. I’ve worked on international assignments in Mexico, Kazakhstan, and Congo, experiences that shaped not only my professional skills but also my outlook on collaboration, culture, and resilience. Outside of work, I’m a dad, a photography enthusiast, and a firm believer in lifelong learning. Whether I’m experimenting with Python scripts or cooking with my kids, I always look for better ways to connect, improve, and simplify.
