Reporting to the CCO of the Projects Business Unit with the aim to establish and manage the Bid Management function with the following primary objectives- Improving the Tendering process and proposals preparation efficiently and effectively to support the Sales Managers focusing on strategical value creation activities during offer preparation - Manage and Monitor the Bid Workload to support planning across the functions and Bid prioritization among the regions - Support Sales Manager in defining the Bid milestones and keep the Bid delivery on time achieving Customer’s expectations Supporting the definition of the strategic targets and Project tailored unique selling propositions. Leading continuous improvement activities to review, strengthen and build efficient processes and organizational structures pursuing excellence of the inquiry to order phase.
