ABOUT GABRIELE ROCCHETTI
Gabriele was born on March 1st, 1991 in Naples, Italy. He received cum laude a M.Sc. degree in \"Food Science and Technology\" in September 2015 by Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Piacenza). Afterward, he received cum laude a Ph.D. in Agro-Food System (Agrisystem) in April 2019. During his Ph.D. program, he spent a period at the University of Alberta (Edmonton, Canada) collaborating with \"The Metabolomics Innovation Centre\". During his Post-doc period, he did research on foodomics (targeted and untargeted metabolomics-based approaches) applied to food chemistry, meat science, and dairy science. Gabriele is included in the World\'s Top 2% Scientists list drawn up by Stanford University (field: Agriculture, Fisheries & Forestry, sub-field: Food Science) since 2021. Actually, Gabriele is a researcher (RTT) in food chemistry (SSD: CHEM-07/B) at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Piacenza & Cremona).
