ABOUT GABRIELE POZZI

After ten years of formative working experience in Automotive Lighting, a part of Marelli Group, as virtual validation team coordinator, to get more in contact with customers and production costs, I decided to challenge myself in a more managing role. For two years I held the role of assistant to Technical Director in the shipbuilding sector, also driving the transformation process of the factory through the use of a new ERP. Now, with my team, as the technical area manager in Product Line Hinge Technology of SFS group, we are working to guarantee the development of new products according to market trends and company vision. I have a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering, specialization in Aerodynamics, achieved at the University of Politecnico di Milano. As a result of different working environments and studies, I acquired not only a wide knowledge on various engineering disciplines but also a good ability to listen and to dialogue to reach the customer satisfaction. I have always enjoyed sports also at competitive level indeed I like competitions and to interact with other people and different cultural backgrounds. For this reason I consider myself as a curious, motivated and very dynamic person and I’m always ready to start new challenges.
