ABOUT GABRIELE PALLESCHI
Currently based in Rome, I am employed as a Manager within the Corporate Finance division of PwC - Valuation & Economics team. I commenced my professional career at a financial advisory boutique, collaborating with seasoned professionals on strategic consulting engagements for top management within banks and other financial institutions. Subsequently, I joined Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati—one of Italy’s leading tax and legal advisory firms—where I developed a solid foundation in financial reporting and tax compliance. Thanks to Pirola Pennuto Zei, I also completed a summer secondment in London, which further broadened my international exposure and professional perspective.Driven by a strong aptitude for problem-solving and supported by an academic background in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and M&A and Corporate Law, I transitioned into M&A/Deal advisory. Since joining the PwC network, I have contributed to numerous high-profile projects—both domestic and cross-border—with progressively increasing responsibility. My primary focus areas include business valuation and the development of complex financial models.Key industries served: Aerospace & Defence, Energy, and Construction.
