ABOUT GABRIELE MORANDIN
Gabriele Morandin is Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Department of Management of the University of Bologna. He also serves Bologna Business School, both as Associate Dean and as Core Faculty, leading programs for executives on leadership, organizational design and identity. He has been Visiting Scholar and Research Assistant at the University of Michigan (USA), Visiting Professor at Kedge Business School (France), and Visiting Professor at American University of Beirut (Lebanon). Committed in international research projects with scientific centres, such us INTWAF at the Université du Québec à Montréal (Canada), he also sits in the Editorial Board of the Journal of Vocational Behavior. Gabriele collaborates with companies and other institutions on organizational development and change.
