Support mainly AIRBUS UK and other global customers in related Landing Gear System tasks with a wider range of activities and responsibilities. Main key accountability are the support on systems or equipment design, development and certification activities, systems and equipment level modifications, preparation and/or checking of documentation for the equipment and systems design process, running/supporting/attending internal/external design reviews and the preparation of certification test reports and certification summary documentation of civil aircraft programmes (CS-23-25) by adhering to ARP4754 - Guidelines for Development of Civil Aircraft and Systems. Due to previous experience, other support in the loads, structure and performance capability is also executed. I am also a DOORS user for system requirement management related tasks. Essential in the role is also the use of technical project management and leadership skills which requires to lead every assigned task from the Kick-Off to product delivery by evaluating the budget and dates required to complete the task and the prediction of risks, assumptions, and mitigation strategies. I also act as a mentor and line manager for the company and lead new young engineers acting as team leader depending on the assigned task. I also support the team as a reviewer of documentation produced by other engineers within the team.
