Business in GER region: employees across Europe, in Ireland, Germany, Poland, France, Spain, Italy, Romania, Netherlands, and in Israel FTEs (Greater Europe) • Strategic HR and Labor Relations Leadership: Develop and implement HR and labor relations strategies aligned with business objectives for advanced manufacturing facilities in Ireland, Poland, and Israel.• Governance & Compliance Framework: Establish a structured governance model to ensure alignment with evolving European labor regulations and corporate policies.• Leadership of Center of Excellence (CoE): Oversee the Employee and Labor Relations CoE across Greater Europe, managing a team of international specialists and investigators and the European Works Council.• Trade Union & WoCo Engagement - Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain constructive relationships with trade unions and employee representative bodies at both national and EU levels.• Risk & Compliance Oversight: Conduct Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) risk assessments for all corporate changes, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.• Negotiation & Representation: Lead negotiations and act as the primary point of contact for European and national trade unions, employee representatives, and governmental authorities.• Matrix Collaboration: Work closely within the matrix organization, engaging with global headquarters, European business and HR leadership, and legal teams to address complex transnational labor relations issues.• Regulatory Compliance & AI Governance: Develop and implement HR compliance programs addressing key EU regulations, including the EU Artificial Intelligence (AI) Regulation, EU Pay Transparency Directive, and the revised EU EWC Directive.• Proactive Compliance Strategy: Conduct regulatory impact assessments, implement robust compliance frameworks, and enhance data and AI governance to align with evolving EU regulatory requirements.
