In my current role, I merge technical expertise in torque control systems with agile team management within a large SAFe organization. As a technical reference, I lead the development of innovative functionalities and define robust torque system architectures. I outline system and software requirements, ensuring they meet industry standards, and devise comprehensive test plans for software verification and validation. By reviewing requirements and software design for AUTOSAR components, I maintain the integrity and performance of our solutions. I also support calibration and data analysis and mentor green team members, fostering their growth.As a Scrum Master, I play a crucial role in identifying and overcoming roadblocks, ensuring seamless feature delivery. I decompose complex features into manageable stories, prioritize them effectively, and support my team in all Agile ceremonies. I facilitate integration tests and advocate for ASPICE process within the team. Constant interfacing with other Scrum teams helps identify interdependencies and assess risks, while collaboration with the Product Owner ensures updated backlogs and defined priorities.
