ABOUT GABRIELE CORTOPASSI
In 2008 I hove founded Espresso Academy. A school of coffee that trains more than a thousand students a year but that is also the central point of the network of schools open in different countries such as Thailand, Abu Dhabi, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Indonesia; a reference center for those seeking advice and consultancy in coffee and coffee shops in Italy and abroad. The experience of Espresso Academy reverberates on the other activities within the Mokaflor roasting plant, where I work: new blends, the new approach in brewing coffee and the Caffelab online shop project, focalized in coffee specialties.
