The Cassiopea project consists of the extraction and production of gas from two different offshore areas (Cassiopea and Argo platforms). The treatment of these extraction products is based on mechanical (Slug Catcher) and chemical (glycol) separation to obtain methane gas. The methane thus obtained will be subjected to compression end final de-idratation using glycol, before being injected into the SNAM national gas network. In this context, I am responsible for all the mechanical commissioning activities required by the project. In agreement with the Commissioning Manager, I manage the team of mechanical supervisors for the execution of the Flushing and cleaning pipes, the preparation and execution of the leak tests, the alignment of the rotating machines and all other typical activities for commissioning and start-up. Execution of the OTP. Interface with the Construction, HSE and Quality departments. Management of the suppliers of equipment and packages. Drafting of the progress report of the ITR B required. Responsible for all the documentation (LOTO and register of isolation certificates, LTP. etc.) related to the activities carried out.
