Processes: collaborated with the Automotive Team on a process improvement project by conducting interviews with relevant stakeholders to identify pain points within the team internal end-to-end process as well as at team interfaces (incl. tool stack analysis, processual KPIs analysis) and developing an action plan for improvements, implemented improvements with team. • Performance Enablement: improved the OKR management framework, evaluated various OKR tools (Quantive, Leapsome, Weekdone, and Microsoft Viva Goals), researched various approaches for OKR setup and suggested provided recommendations for further OKR setup incl. tool usage.• Financial Reporting: streamlined financial reporting across all 4screen entities by consolidating internal requirements and communicating them to external accounting providers. • Annual Budget Controlling: consolidated and tracked monthly P&L and cash performance across multiple entities and conducted plan-versus-actual comparisons and deviation analyses.• Financial Forecasting & Analysis: Generated cash flow forecasts through monthly monitoring and trend analysis of financial performance. Supported strategic market entry (esp. Canada, Poland, Asia, UAE) by forecasting potential revenues using market analysis and pricing models.• Automated Financial Modeling: Developed an automated Excel model for improved accounts receivable management and cash inflow forecasting. The model featured automated data input, aging analysis, and a performance dashboard.
