Facilitate company goals via Operations, Sales, Production, IT, and any other departments.• Operational responsibilities include, but are not limited to, validation of initial loan documents, processing loan conditions a loan, properly communicating a loan and all conditions to lenders, clearing a loan to close, assisting lender with post-closing items and all other operational responsibilities that help make PMA a success.• Sales and Production responsibilities include, having and maintaining a certified NMLS#, quoting rates and programs, performing pre-qualifications, taking applications and all other sales responsibilities that help make PMA a success. • Assisting in the administration of PMA Financials – working with internal accounting and ownership to see that all financial responsibilities are to date monthly. • Coordinating bank draws and reconciliations with lenders on premiums received as compensation for closed loans.• Assist with establishing Business Plan by November of each subsequent year.• Assisting with the Accounts Payable process, including the entry of invoices in a timely fashion and the distribution of vendor payments. • Monthly production of relevant financial reports and reconciliations, including but not limited to commissions, salary and all payroll responsibilities.• Production of relevant reports for all areas of the organization included but not limited to those PMA has a Marketing Services Agreement (MSA) with or any other form of compliant business arrangement with.• Identifying and implementing cost saving and cost controlling measures.
