ABOUT GABRIEL COBANOGLU

As Global Head of IT Architecture for L\'Oréal Operations and Finance, I contribute to positioning IT as a key partner of the business.My goal is to use technological services, such as AI, Cloud, APIs, Data/Analytics, IoT, LowCode/NoCode. as group transformation accelerators while ensuring the overall consistency of the IS.I add to this architectural effort my vision of IT strategy and organization to ensure that each new project launched is a step-forward towards a more modular, robust and well-organized IT.Sustainability as well as UX and accessibility are also at the heart of my priorities and I am committed to always include these areas in my work.All along my career, I have been able to develop a good balance between IT Strategy, Architecture and Delivery, while maintaining a deep understanding of Run and Execution excellence. Indeed, by managing large Cloud and Digital Workplace programs, I have dived deep into operational realities and built strong IT convictions there.I speak with credibility and clarity at all levels including C-levels, Business teams, Product managers, Tech architects or Delivery teams. I provide clear structure to my teams and build my network and relationship with trust.Before L\'Oréal, I worked for more than 10 years for Accenture and Deloitte, where I supported many companies from different sectors, mainly on their Cloud journey. This by developing a transversal view of their transformation from the technical foundations of the Cloud, the migration of their applications, the cultural and organizational change of the teams, the financial management in the Cloud.I also accompanied my clients on the transformation of their Infrastructure around Network, Digital Workplace, IT Service Management or Operating model topics.
