Based in Washington DC, I’m a Brazilian international economic development specialist, with over eight years of experience supporting project management, policy analysis, and quality control at think tanks, development agencies, and multilateral organizations—including the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and the Atlantic Council.I have focused on topics as diverse as social protection, climate adaptation, and trade integration—aiming to shape policy toward reducing poverty and inequality while building resilience in emerging economies.I hold a Master’s in International Studies from the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and a Master’s in International Policy Analysis and Management from PUC-Rio, in Brazil.
