The Manager for Events & Channel Enablement manages the event & trade show plan and execution to drive demand and leads for pipeline revenue. Currently, I oversee the marketing, planning, and logistics of all trade show events. I work closely with campaign managers, business development, and product management to determine which shows are strategically critical, trade show messaging, and ROI.Manage 100+ events including vertical market trade shows, partner, and distributor events, as well as other BMS meetings and corporate events, working with cross-functional teams and corporate partners.• Manage a small team, ensuring strategy alignment with business objectives by managing assignments and performance• Provide quarterly reports for all trade shows, which include the followingdata points: trends, leads generated, cost, and recommendations toimprove event strategy; work with the Lead Gen team to provide quarterlyshow analysis to determine ROI• Create Campaigns that align with trade show objectives to maximize leads and overall booth traffic• Mange tradeshow request and approval process; review and negotiateContracts• Leverage the overall marketing strategy to scale our partner-influencedrevenue to the next level of productivity through education,communication, and sales enablement tools and resources• Drive the intake, development, and distribution of sales tools, salescollateral, promotional flyers, etc, that enable our partners to effectivelysell BMS products and solutions• Continuously improve the partner onboarding experience, as measured byfeedback and outcomes from partners
