I’m a People & Talent leader with 8+ years of experience scaling HR and recruiting functions in high-growth organizations, operating across remote, hybrid, and in-office environments within the CPG space.Originally from Houston, TX, I now live in sunny Miami (Brickell) with my husband and our two Huskies. I’ve spent my career across both agency and in-house roles, which has shaped a practical, business-minded approach to people operations, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.I currently lead People & Talent at ARMRA, where I own the full employee lifecycle and partner closely with executive leadership to build scalable, people-first systems that support growth, performance, and culture.
