Played a key role in building and commissioning two new test laboratories for Thermal Protection Systems and fluid component testing.• Led planning and execution of active (fluid systems) and passive (thermal protection systems) thermal control system tests, including development, qualification, acceptance, performance, and environmental test campaigns.• Developed and validated Test Plans, Test Procedures, safety assessments, and engineering schematics in compliance with vehicle-level requirements.• Applied expertise in test facility instrumentation, and Data Acquisition and Control Systems, and troubleshooting of test anomalies.• Designed, procured, and installed test support equipment; manage vendor and subcontractor coordination.• Analyzed test data, drove procedural updates, and participated in test readiness reviews, pre- and post-test briefings, and post-test reviews.• Mentored junior engineers in best practices for test setup, execution, and data integrity.Key accomplishments include:• Led and executed successful test campaigns for the development of high-temperature composite and metallic thermal protection systems for reusable re-entry applications in collaboration with NASA Ames Arc Jet Complex and NASA Johnson Space Center Radiant Heat Test Facility.• Led and executed successful acceptance and qualification test campaigns of active thermal control system components, including inline heaters and RTDs, successfully supporting integration onto Blue Origin\'s first Uncrewed Lunar Lander.• Led and executed research and development testing of active thermal control system components, including state-of-the-art evaporator, radiator, and cryogenic valve systems to support further development of vehicle flight-level production of Blue Origin\'s first Crewed Lunar Lander.
