ABOUT GABRIELA CASINEANU

I help introverted professionals and entrepreneurs better leverage their strengths for authentic growth—combining analytical clarity, systems and strategic thinking, and intuitive insight. And organizations to tap into the overlooked complementary strengths of extroversion and introversion for improved team performance and ROI.Before coaching, I spent 18 years as an electronics engineer and IT programmer, solving complex problems with structure and precision. After earning my MBA, I completed several ICF-accredited coaching trainings and launched my coaching career nearly two decades ago.A few years into coaching, I noticed a natural pattern: I consistently attracted introverted clients—and helped them at a deeper level. As an introvert myself, I understood their internal world, their strengths, and the challenges they faced in environments that often reward extroversion traits.Later in my journey, I earned my MBTI certification—which validated the insights I’d already gained through extensive coaching experience, facilitation, research, and my own intuitive understanding.Today, with 20 years of coaching, I combine and bridge the gap between:• Strategy & communication (MBA)• Analytical structure/ teach (engineering & IT)• Human behaviour & systems coaching (ICF)• Personality psychology (MBTI)• Intuition & inner work (meditation, self-coaching & healing, mindset resilience).My mission is to make the valuable innate strengths of introverts visible, usable, and celebrated — in careers, business, relationships, and personal growth.
