As the first and only team member representing Authen in the United States, I lead the brand’s entry and growth across all fronts — from community building and event execution to logistics, operations, partnerships, and strategy.While my official title is Community and Event Manager, I am essentially the bridge between Brazil and the U.S. market — responsible for bringing the Authen brand to life here. I manage everything from importing product shipments and coordinating grassroots activations to identifying retail opportunities and building brand awareness among female runners in Miami and beyond.Some of my work includes: • Launching Authen’s first community programs in the U.S. with local run clubs and businesses • Organizing branded events, panels, and group runs to build a loyal, empowered female running community • Overseeing U.S-based warehousing, shipping, product feedback loops, and logistics • Acting as the on-the-ground brand strategist to align HQ vision with U.S. market needsThis role is a blend of strategy, execution, and deep community engagement — and I’m proud to be pioneering Authen’s U.S. journey from the ground up.
