ABOUT GABRIELA TIMOFICIUC

VP Programs and Projects Automotive Sector in TE connectivity. Graduated from Computer Science and with a Master Degree in Organizations’ Strategic Management. In the current role Gabriela has the mission to drive business growth via full Project portfolio delivery and improvements while elevating the Program and Project Management team, increase expertise and drive execution within Global Automotive in a context of increasing complexity, product portfolio shift, business size increase and business model shift. In her most recent role, as CEO of e-Power Business Unit she lead the creation of the electrification strategy and execution for Plastic Omnium in Heavy Duty and Passenger cars market segments. She drove the creation of the new e-Power Business Unit by the acquisition of Actia Power with an established product portfolio and sales in Heavy Duty market for Battery packs, Power electronics and Electrification systems together with organic growth in 48V and HV Battery packs for Passenger cars market. Worked in Continental Automotive in HMI Business Unit for 18 years and grew from a SW developer to a Senior Project manager and up to the world-wide Quality VP of the Business. Drove digitalization and Build-In Quality strategy. Wide and proven experience based on 21 years growth in Automotive and since 6 years at Senior leadership level. Evolution distributed between 3 years in SW development, 11 years Customer Project Management, 6 years Quality Management leading to last years in Strategy development, M&A and P&L responsibility. Passionate about strategy definition and drive towards execution and customer satisfaction, organization transformation and technological growth towards electrification and digitalization.
