I’m a global strategy and operations leader pivoting from international development into mission-driven roles that align with my expertise in public policy, strategic partnerships, and operational transformation. With 15 years of experience leading high-impact programs and advising on organizational strategy, I bring a track record of driving results in complex, politically sensitive environments.Over the last three years, I’ve advised executive leadership at a $130M international organization operating in 100+ countries—leading change management, operational optimization, and risk mitigation efforts across a 270+ program portfolio. Prior to that, I worked hands-on in the field, designing and managing initiatives across Latin America.
