Management of accounts receivable from clients, working with large national and international clients, developing activities such as:• Reconciliation between accounts;• Invoice management in disputes• Collection and negotiations for structured payment plans;• Conducting internal meetings to define business strategy;• Conducting meetings with clients to define payment plans and reconciliations;• Preparation of reports for visibility of Reports for the financial director;• Control of payment terms;• Participation and presentation of clients in financial committees;• Analysis of offset proposals - considering invoices for accounts payable and receivable.• Interface with TAX and Comex teams to verify the correct inclusion of the invoice, both on the Accounts Receivable;• Analyse credit risk and the credit limit for the client.• Working with IT team to develop automation projects.
