I design, create, and deliver ESOL Entry programmes, producing tailored teaching resources and learning materials to meet the needs of unemployed adult learners. Alongside ESOL, I also deliver a range of accredited Level 1 and Level 2 short courses, supporting learners to build confidence, improve life skills, and develop essential employability knowledge.My role includes planning, resourcing, and delivering engaging and inclusive sessions, with consistent embedding of British Values, safeguarding practices, awareness of radicalisation and the Prevent duty, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), and GDPR throughout all learning activities. I ensure a high standard of teaching and learner support in line with Ofsted expectations, with a strong focus on progression and learner wellbeing.I create safe, supportive learning environments where learners feel respected, motivated, and confident to progress into employment, further training, or further independent learning.
