ABOUT GABRIELA LEBELLOT
I’m a behavioral health professional with over four years of experience in the substance abuse treatment field. I currently serve as a Substance Abuse Admissions Team Lead, where I support clients and families through the admissions process and help guide individuals toward the care and resources they need to begin recovery. Working on the front lines of behavioral health has given me a unique perspective on the intersection of addiction, mental health, and treatment systems, while deepening my interest in the psychological factors behind addiction and trauma. This experience inspired me to pursue a degree in psychology, with a developing focus on forensic psychology and the relationship between behavioral health, addiction, and the criminal justice system. I’m particularly interested in how psychological research and policy can improve rehabilitation and outcomes within the criminal justice system. I’m always interested in connecting with professionals in behavioral health, psychology, and forensic psychology to learn, collaborate, and contribute to meaningful change in these fields!
