Responsible for the company’s transportation (both inbound and outbound), internal products exchange and interaction with the transportation providers (domestic -US, freight forwarders) to ensure that shipments are handled properly and delivered on time. I am also in charge of monitoring logistics spend and productivity processes.• Coordinates with Brokers and transportation providers to ensure the prompt and correct handling of shipments: Raw material, delivery of final products to customers and internal transfer of products withing the organization.• Arrange special shipping accommodation as required for stakeholders (urgent shipments, special requirements, etc.). • Identifies operation deviations and implement corrective actions as needed.• Select the services providers according to the company’s quality standards.• Interact with customer logistics departments to understand their needs and expectations in terms of the final products delivery. • Main point of contact for brokers, carriers, customs broker and customers related to orders in transit.• Collaborate closely with the company sales team, manufacture department and operations (warehousing) to guarantee the customers have the best experience possible.
