As a key member of the People & Culture team, I lead strategic initiatives focused on employee integration, engagement, and compliance. My role is centered on fostering a positive work environment while aligning with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities & Achievements- HR Project Oversight Provide HR support across internal and external projects, including the MOA team, ensuring alignment with policies and employee lifecycle best practices- Organizational Development & Process Improvement: Analyze and propose initiatives to optimize human capital strategies, with a focus on continuous improvement and employee experience- Family & Employee Support Programs: Oversee the Family Support program, providing comprehensive assistance to employees and their families through coaching resources, psychological workshops, and tailored wellness initiatives. I ensure all content and activities align with corporate values and employee needs- Workplace Wellbeing & Culture: Drive strategies to promote a favorable and psychologically safe work environment. I continuously evaluate and improve internal standards to support employee satisfaction and performance- Immigration & Compliance Management: Lead the end-to-end coordination of employee migration processes, ensuring full legal compliance and smooth transitions for international hires- Event Planning & Internal Engagement: Manage and execute company-wide events, from planning to post-event review, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company culture- Policy & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal norms and external regulations, including labor laws and company-specific policies, across all HR practices- Medical Insurance & Benefits Management: Supervise the accurate and timely execution of employee health insurance and related benefits.
