Argentine-Italian professional with international experience in tourism, marketing, and operational management, specialized in applying artificial intelligence to optimize user experience, reduce administrative workload, and increase profitability in independent accommodations. I combine more than 25 years of hands-on experience in sales, communication, education, and quality management with a practical, results-oriented approach to AI technologies.I am the creator and manager of Mi Casa es Tu Casa, a boutique B&B developed in Argentina. There, I integrate generative AI, autonomous agents, and automated workflows to: • streamline bookings and guest inquiries, • personalize communication, • accelerate digital marketing content creation, • support decision-making through real data analysis, • enhance service quality without increasing operational effort.I also work as an independent consultant for global platforms such as Appen and OneForma, evaluating AI models, annotating data, analyzing multilingual content, and ensuring quality in machine-learning systems.
