About Gabriela Dionisio
I\'m a third year law student at Seattle University School of Law. At Seattle U, I am honored to be the Executive Training and Research Editor for Seattle U\'s Law Review, a Gregoire Fellow, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Board Member. In my spare time, I love to practice yoga, bake, and take my dog, Milo, to the dog park! Prior to law school, my career was focused on ensuring investments were made in communities of color. At National CAPACD, I created housing, credit building, and financial capability grants in Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander across the country. At the City of Seattle, I oversaw the contract negotiation and policies of the Department of Education and Early Learning and the Human Services Department. These contracts ensured that the most vulnerable populations in Seattle had access to City resources.
