Develop project plans, including milestones, timelines, etc. to ensure the successful execution of the assigned projects. Manage all phases of assigned projects from initiation to project closure including a broad range of activities such as pre-design, design, pre-construction, construction including feasibility studies and conceptualization. Lead with finance the assigned project budget and cost control by breaking down project activities, estimating resource requirements (labor, materials, equipment), and calculating their associated costs. Responsible for managing all administrative and technical requirements including but not limited to developing all bidding packages, contract negotiations, subcontracts, PO, change orders, submittals, RFIs, RFPs, in conjunction with Procurement to ensure projects are completed in quality, profitable, safe, and in a timely manner. Assess assigned project progress, identify risks, implement effective mitigation strategies, track, and monitor contractors’ work plans, project milestones completion to ensure all planned activities are executed on time, on budget and as per scope. Build effective relationships with stakeholders, design team, vendors, architects, engineers, and contractors to define project objectives and deliverables; and communicate status on a regular basis, including any changes to scope and schedule variances. Ensure technical validations, all inspections, settlement of remark, and handover are scheduled and signed off. Punch list items and unfinished work list reviewed, validated, and completed. Oversee the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) for each project. Mentor and coach fostering a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and development within the team.
