25 years in a Multinational company have enabled me to develop skills across different organizations, countries and areas of the business. I was part of the creation of the P&G Service Center, through which I developed strong finance, stewardship and organizational skills, working with Global/ Regional networks, leading large teams (up to 60 employees) and building capabilities across various functions to ensure compliance with both local and company guidelines. In the area of Controls and Stewardship, I led key interventions to comply with Sarbanes Oaxley requirements and developed expertise in the areas of Product Supply and Third Party Governance. I have developed my Business and Financial Planning Skills working in the Latin America Headquarters, working not only in the Regional Finance organization, but also leading Financial Analysis for successful Brands such as Vicks and Pepto Bismol.
