As a Project Manager II at ENGIE, I lead the successful delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects, with a focus on battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar, and wind assets. I coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, and finance teams to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.Key responsibilities: • Manage full project lifecycle from investment approval through construction and handover to operations. • Track project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying risks and implementing recovery plans to maintain key milestones. • Review and oversee financial documentation including purchase orders, invoices, retainage, and change orders. • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with ENGIE’s contractual, safety, and quality standards. • Support permitting and interconnection processes by working with internal teams, EPCs, and relevant authorities. • Provide transparent stakeholder updates, reporting on progress, risks, and financial performance. • Contribute to lessons learned and process improvements to drive efficiency in future projects.This role allows me to leverage my hands-on project coordination experience with ENGIE’s BESS projects and apply it at a higher level of responsibility — strengthening my leadership in renewable project management and advancing ENGIE’s mission to accelerate the transition to a zero-carbon future.
