COGEP is the 8th largest French consulting, auditing and accounting firm.Within the Group, I- Conduct financial and accounting due diligence on target companies- Assess organizational structure and team capabilities of potential acquisitions- Evaluate the quality, stability, and growth potential of target customer bases- Support the preparation and structuring of acquisition files and deal documentation- Draft and review key transaction documents, including letters of intent, term sheets, and purchase agreements- Prepare pitch materials, teasers, information memoranda, and executive presentations for senior decision-makers- Coordinate and manage communication flows with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, HR, support teams) and external advisors (lawyers, auditors, M&A brokers, accountants, etc.) throughout the transaction process- Maintain a comprehensive database of past and ongoing M&A projects for strategic tracking and knowledge management
