Hardware & System Troubleshooting-Diagnosed harness, power block, and byte errors during M-Fit testing using C, Visual Studio, and Ubuntu OS-Resolved startup power noise in M60 I/O boards and performed firmware testing for PWB Display UI and FIO boards-Created, modified, and executed test scripts to verify hardware functionality. Controller Assembly & Testing-Assembled FIO boards, power boards, engine modules, and complete M60 controllers, ensuring proper functionality in TS1 and TS2 Type 2 cabinets-Monitored MMU errors, ran diagnostics with loopbacks and LOGO (logic analyzer), and tested N2 power blocks under power interrupts.Performance Optimization & Component Selection-Identified high-performance RF modules and antennas for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and LTE communication within metal enclosures-Conducted power supply unit (PSU) testing in environmental chambers, analyzing capacitor performance during power interrupts. Engineering Documentation & Collaboration-Managed controller settings, maintained TS2 cabinet power distribution, and resolved JIRA tickets-Verified schematics, ensured testing process accuracy, and supported Blade controller and CWA web-based application testing. Technical Skills-RTL design (state machines, data paths), high-frequency PCB layout, 2/4 duplex serial testing, and firmware upgrades via Putty, Uniflash, and TI Debugger-Proficient in Linux (Vim), C programming, and system configuration. Customized Web Application (CWA) Testing & Debugging-Conducted functional and regression testing on the latest CWA builds to validate new features and maintain application stability-Identified, documented, and troubleshot software bugs, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution-Verified backend-controller integration and confirmed real-time data accuracy displayed through the web interface-Simulated edge cases and tested across multiple platforms to enhance application robustness and user experience.
